Renzo Blumenthal, former Mister Switzerland and Renault brand ambassador, has been driving the new Koleos for a few days.

The long-standing brand ambassador of Renault Suisse SA represents what the manufacturer expresses with "Passion for life".

Vehicle handover
Olivier Wittmann, Managing Director of Renault Suisse SA, at the handover of the vehicle: "We are proud that Renzo Blumenthal has been a brand ambassador for Renault - and above all with Renault - since he was named Mister Switzerland. For us, he is a popular figure who combines reliability, down-to-earthness and versatility with charm and elegance."

All-wheel drive in demand
As the highest equipment variant, the Koleos Initiale Paris is available as standard with the dCi 175 and X-Tronic automatic transmission. The system permanently monitors traction at all wheels and doses power to the front and rear wheels. All Mode 4×4-i all-wheel drive allows the driver to choose between three drive modes: front-wheel drive (2WD), permanent all-wheel drive with up to 50 percent power to the rear wheels (4WD AUTO) and a 50:50 power distribution lock to the front and rear wheels (4WD LOCK).

Five stars NCAP
The "Initiale Paris" label on the Koleos also stands for maximum driving and operating comfort - with extras that pamper the driver and passengers. The highlights of the standard equipment include 19-inch alloy wheels, heated and ventilated front seats, the automatic opening tailgate (with a foot movement under the rear of the vehicle) or the Bose sound system.

Two motorizations
The new Koleos is available from Renault sales partners in Switzerland with two engines, with six-speed manual transmission or X-Tronic automatic transmission, with front-wheel drive (2WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) and in four trim levels. Prices start at 33ʼ900 Swiss francs (Koleos Energy dCi 130 with six-speed manual transmission).
