A look back. Auto Zürich was the first trade show at which Romana Möckli made an official appearance. The long weekend was training, if you will, for the Geneva Motor Show, which demanded a lot from the 20-year-old: "I signed autographs, took photos with visitors, handed out giveaways and looked after guests in the Yokohama Lounge guests. It was the chit-chat."
Contact with people and a dream car
In her blog after the event at Palexpo, Romana Möckli noted: "The days in Geneva were long, but they actually felt like they went by pretty quickly. For me it was exciting and thrilling to meet people and I had a lot of fun with the team. People kept asking me about my dream car. Honestly? I was really taken with the Nissan GT-R."

It quickly became clear that Romana Möckli has plenty of gasoline in her blood. After all, motorsport is one of her passions. She was present at the closing ceremonies of the Renault Classic and the OPC Challenge. Where she once again had the honor of handing over the prizes to the racers. And it got even better: "I was allowed to participate as a driver in a slalom race in this series. Driving in the slalom at the airfield in Interlaken really got my pulse racing. An event that was clearly one of the highlights of my year in office."
Fiat 500 60th Anniversario for the new Miss
Miss Yokohama is chosen annually by Yokohama Suisse. As a representative of the brand, she is present at company events, racing events and trade fairs in Switzerland and neighboring countries. And Miss 2017/2018, who will take over the crown from Romana Möckli, can look forward to a particularly fancy car: she will have a Fiat 500 60th Anniversario at her disposal for the year of office. This version, which is only built in limited numbers, is reminiscent of its legendary predecessor with exclusive details. The election of the new Miss will take place on September 23, 2017 at the new Club Soho at Wangenstrasse 45 in Wiedlisbach near Wangen an der Aare.
