When exclusivity and an unconventional approach to life are to be combined, Mercedes-AMG and the London-based skateboard and streetwear brand Palace are a perfect match. The cooperation between the two partners includes the first co-branded collection of clothing and accessories designed exclusively by Palace together with a car brand, as well as the first vehicle livery.
This will be presented next weekend at the ADAC Total 24-hour race at the Nürburgring on Team HRT's AMG GT3 bolide with start number 6.
Energy of the long-distance races as a model
Philipp Schiemer, Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-AMG: "The partnership with Palace underlines the transformation of our brand towards more lifestyle. We are opening up to new target groups and sending out strong signals with spectacular campaigns."
Inspired by the energy of endurance racing and the image of AMG, Palace has designed an exclusive collection that combines streetwear with the world of motorsport aesthetics.
Like the paint scheme of the Palace Mercedes-AMG GT3, the Palace AMG collection uses the color palette of the saber-toothed tiger and its habitat.
Get Very Fast campaign on the Nordschleife
Fueled by the power of the AMG GT3, Palace created the "Get Very Fast" campaign, set on the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife. The GT3 in the Palace-designed livery meets Palace skaters Rory Milanes, Chewy Cannon, Benny Fairfax and Charlie Birch and Palace videographer Austin Bristow, as well as a white saber-toothed tiger.
