The miniature is made up of 263 parts and is 16 centimeters long, seven centimeters wide and four centimeters high. The model used is the version with Active Air Management System (AAMS) instead of a windshield, which forms a bubble around the occupants, protecting them from the wind.
Idea came from a development engineer
The kit is suitable for children aged seven and over and costs 20 Swiss francs. The set also comes with a Lego figure that can be used as a mechanic and as a driver.
The kit was inspired by Rachel Brown, the lead development engineer for Ultimate models at McLaren Automotive.
