Artistically demanding level
Jennifer Prescott and her team set out to take the previously monotonous warning sounds in the new Lincoln Aviator to a new, artistically sophisticated level.
Instead of synthetic and boring beeps, musical arrangements are to be designed for the various acoustic warnings, which should clearly stand out from the usual acoustic monotony.
Own soundscapes in the luxury SUV
Before the first compositions - internally at Lincoln, the resulting work was christened "Aviator in A minor" - Jennifer Prescott put the musicians in a Lincoln Continental to demonstrate to them the special atmosphere of the luxury brand.
At that time, the Aviator was not yet available. The musicians only knew that it would be a new luxury vehicle. After that, the musicians started working and developed their own soundscapes.
