Since time immemorial, the desire for adventure has united people from the most diverse backgrounds and ages. There are also brands that have the discovery of new things, crossing borders or overcoming obstacles rooted in their core.
The candidates have already been determined
Land Rover and the European Outdoor Film Tour (E.O.F.T.) want to give expression to the desire for intensity in everyday life and the connection with one's own life thanks to this joint cooperation. The overarching goal is to integrate more adventure into everyday life together.
A jury of five experts nominated mountaineer Tamara Lunger, kayaker Ben Stookesberry, polar expert and adventurer Sarah McNair-Landry, and paraglider Antoine Girard for the first awards, which will be held annually.
Short documentary about the winner
The winner will be announced at the premiere of the European Outdoor Film Tour on October 9, 2019 in Munich. Land Rover and the European Outdoor Film Tour will produce a short documentary about the winner, which will be shown at around 500 events in 20 countries starting in the fall.
