Milan
Production start of the e prototype is planned for this year. Its prices have not yet been set.

As part of an exhibition in the Tortona district entitled "Honda experience - Casa Connessa Tortona", the company is showing the e Prototype and explaining its concept. The prototype offers a near-production preview of Honda's first electric vehicle for Europe. It recently had its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show (AutoSprintCH reported).

Further development of the first Civic
The Honda e Prototype was developed in the style of the first Honda Civic. Its symmetrical LED headlights are framed with black piano lacquer - a design feature that is echoed at the rear of the vehicle. The roof seems to literally float above the uncluttered glass surface.
With a range of more than 200 kilometers, the Honda e Prototype is geiegnet for everyday use.

Low center of gravity and rear-wheel drive
The e Prototype has a low center of gravity and propulsion is via the rear wheels, which should ensure good roadholding. Added to this are the tax benefits and lower fuel costs compared with gasoline or diesel vehicles. We can look forward to seeing the production-ready car.
