After leaving school, Costa successfully completed an apprenticeship as an auto electrician in Zurich and has completed numerous training and further education courses over the course of his career. The qualified car electrician has a degree in marketing management from a university of applied sciences and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration. Maurizio Costa worked for the FCA Group as Customer Services Director for around eight years.
