The origin of the Dolce Vita lies in the 1950s and '60s, when Rome, Cortina, Portofino and Capri were the scene of the international jet set.
The new Fiat 500X Yachting is now also intended to convey the typical Italian style, with an electric soft top for the right open-air feeling. The special Yacht Club Capri series will be launched first. It is available for both the 500X and the 500C.
Upbeat hymn to lightheartedness
Fiat celebrates the return of joie de vivre with the video Welcome back Dolce Vita. This was shot on Capri and is a hymn to freedom and lightheartedness.
These are precisely the values that inspired Fiat to create the 500X Yachting, because the wind in your hair is synonymous with freedom and joy. The video is also a modern interpretation of François Truffaut's classic film Jules and Jim.
Supplements for the models Cross and Sport
The new Yachting body variant is strongly inspired by luxury sailing yachts and complements the Cross and Sport versions.
The two special Yacht Club Capri models, limited to 500 units, can be recognized by their special Blue Venezia and Blu Dipinto di Blu colors. The soft top is also blue, and chrome details can be found around the body.
Special details dominate the interior
The dashboard is covered in wood, and the ivory seat covers with leather inserts by Poltrona Frau are embroidered with blue 500 logo and contrast with the black door panels and floor mats.
Rear parking sensors, a specific cover for the vehicle key and a numbered badge complete the equipment.
The prices of the new special models have not yet been determined.
