Dacia wants to convince gamers in particular of the benefits of electric mobility with the Spring Electric Tournament.

From April 5 to 24, Dacia is organizing the Dacia Spring Electric Tournament, an e-sports tournament where gamers are invited to make their cars as electric as possible. With Spring, Dacia wants to show young people that electric cars are affordable for everyone.

To take part in the tournament, players must form teams of three and equip their car with electric components. The aim is to show how easy it can be to drive electrically - even for gamers. Registration is now open possible under the link

5000 Swiss francs for each member of the winning team
The tournament includes nine matches, four of which will be streamed and commented on by Rocket Baguette, the official collective with an average of 13 million viewers worldwide. Each match will also be streamed on the players' Twitch channels. At the end, each member of the winning team will receive a prize of 5,000 euros and the chance to drive a Dacia Spring for four weeks.

Dacia has also developed its own map for the Spring Electric Challenge, where gamers can train. This is a universe entirely dedicated to the Spring model, which players can explore at their leisure while trying to achieve the highest score.

Electromobility should convince the younger generation
One year after its market launch and with more than 60,000 orders, the Dacia Spring has democratized electromobility. The model was even named "Best Buy Car of Europe in 2022" by the international Autobest jury.

Valérie Candeiller, Director of Marketing Communication Dacia: "For the first birthday of Dacia Spring, we want to show that electric mobility is accessible to all, especially to the younger generation. The Rocket League has been accessible to all for free since 2020."
