Audi is expanding its range of plug-in hybrid models. The A3 Sportback TFSI e and the Q8 TFSI e form the bracket in the brand's plug-in program. The new Q3 and Q3 Sportback 45 TFSI e line up in between. They mark the entry into the world of electrified Q models.

Technique, endurance, speed and the will to succeed - these values underpin the partnership between Swiss-Ski and Audi Switzerland. Audi Switzerland has been the official vehicle partner of the Swiss Ski Association Swiss-Ski for more than 50 years.

The Quattro drive is an ideal prerequisite
The four-ring brand is proud of its athletes and ensures their mobility at all times. The launch of the Quattro drive more than 40 years ago represented an ideal prerequisite for Swiss snow sports enthusiasts.

Swiss-Ski wants to travel sustainably and with zero local emissions, which is why more than a third of the ski association has already opted for the plug-in hybrid Q5 TFSI e with an electric range of 40 kilometers.

Ideal companions for the trips to the races

Swiss Ski President Urs Lehmann: "The Audi Q7 TFSI e is the ideal companion because the Quattro drive allows me to be on the road safely throughout the winter. Paired with the plug-in drive, you now also have the opportunity to reduce fuel consumption for the first time and thus drive more efficiently from race to race."

Brand Director Audi Switzerland personally explains the benefits of electrification to Urs Lehmann.

Dieter Jermann: "Swiss-Ski's plug-in hybrid drivers have made a conscious decision in favor of this drive version and are thus making an important contribution to reducing CO2 emissions."

After the first kilometers, Audi Switzerland asked Michelle Gisin, Joana Hählen and Jasmine Flury what they appreciate about plug-in hybrid technology.

Jasmine Flury: "On the one hand, it's clearly the fascination for speed, dynamics and success. On the other hand, it's extremely important to be on the road efficiently and safely 365 days a year."

Michelle Gisin: "Sustainability is important to me, also with the sponsors. It's great to be able to count on Audi's support for many years."

Joana Hählen: "I liked the combination of sportiness and sustainable electromobility on short trips as well as the winter suitability and dynamic driving behavior right away."

Loïc Meillard, Marco Odermatt and Thomas Tumler are also each driving a Q5 TFSI e.
