His new home, an energy-efficient house, offers the best possible sustainable solution for electromobility. The installation of a large-scale photovoltaic system enables almost CO2-neutral charging. This investment enabled Didier Cuche to create the optimum conditions for the Audi e-tron.
Partner for more than 20 years
The partnership between Audi Switzerland and five-time Kitzbühl winner Didier Cuche has existed for more than 20 years. During this time, he has been able to drive various Audi models as a brand representative, such as most recently the Q7 e-tron, one of the brand's first plug-in models.
Interest in sustainable technologies
Now a new car era begins for the internationally successful ski racer.
Didier Cuche: "Sustainability, aesthetics and the dynamics of a car are important to me. New energy-efficient technologies interest me very much across all areas of life, which is why I am currently completely rebuilding an old farmhouse. This fits perfectly with my new Audi e-tron, because I can now charge my vehicle with solar power and am therefore more sustainable on the road."
