In the Mach-E GT, Ford wants to combine electric mobility with sports car feel. The result is a five-seat crossover SUV with the acceleration of a gasoline supercar and zero emissions.
The Mach-E GT runs from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. In terms of torque, the electric bolide even outperforms Ford's GT super sports car.
Ranges up to 500 kilometers
A powerful 860 newton meters push the electric Mustang forward. It's a joy to drive from the very first meter. Together, the GT's two electric motors produce a whopping 487 hp. It doesn't stop until 200 km/h.
The Mustang Mach-E GT comes as standard with a larger battery than the standard models. This enables ranges of up to 500 kilometers.
In the future, Ford wants to gradually increase the usable capacity of the Mach-E via a software update. At a fast charging station with up to 150 kW charging power, the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT can absorb enough energy for another 99 kilometers in just ten minutes.
Four people can fit comfortably
The interior of the Mach-E GT is visually uncluttered. It offers space for up to five occupants. Four of them can sit comfortably in the front and on the rear seat.
The trunk has a usable load volume of 402 liters. If the rear seats are folded forwards, it increases to up to 1420 liters. A further 100 liters of stowage space can be found under the hood.
The Mach-E GT shares the infotainment system and driving assistants with the standard electric Mustang. Operating the portrait-format central display works smoothly.
Starting at 76,900 Swiss francs, buyers of the Mach-E GT get a comprehensively equipped electric car with driving performance that is so brute that it will win over even die-hard muscle car fans.
