The 260-hp Seat Ibiza Kitcar and the twin-engined Seat Ibiza Bimotor with a total of 280 hp were entrusted to German Erwin Weber and Spaniard Josep Maria Servia. As the short film shows, the two once-successful rally drivers by no means moved both cars around the tracks at the ADAC Eifel Rallye Festival from July 18 to 20 at a leisurely pace.
Driver and vehicle reach operating temperature
The experienced duo and their co-drivers did exactly what the two rally cars were made for. They completed the demanding course at the limit of their endurance. Like many other rally cars, the two "Coches Históricos" from Seat's in-house classic car collection caused the eyes of the numerous spectators to light up.
