Indianapolis Oerlikon 2017 - Photo: Jürg StreunJürg StreunStephan Traber and Nathalie Cassagne were just three of the countless professional and amateur photographers present. No wonder, because there was a lot of exclusivity to see and take pictures of. Alternating with the bicycle racers, historic sports and racing vehicles on two, three and four wheels rotated in the 1912
built steep-wall oval of the Open Racecourse in Oerlikon their 333.3-meter laps. The event now has a kind of cult status among motor sport events in Switzerland. In fact, it has become famous far beyond the borders of Europe. Crowd favorites are brute pre-war race cars whose past has a direct connection to Indianapolis, or at least is reminiscent of it.

The individual picture galleries are arranged one below the other. Have fun!
