This year's Goodwood Revival will once again be fought for every place with a knife between its teeth.
Fans of classic cars and motorcycles flock from all over. But also lovers of clothes and accessories of past eras flock to the grounds of Lord March in Goodwood. Historic motor sport "at it's best" is on offer.
Duels between AC Cobras and Jaguar E-Types
Anyone expecting a relaxed display, leisurely demo drives or hesitant laps of the circuit is in the wrong place. At the Goodwood Revival, every place is fought for with a knife between the teeth.
The souped-up Mini overtakes the big Ford Falcon in the tight corners and is grabbed again by the V8 monsters on the straights. Gripping duels between the AC Cobras and the Jaguar E-Types, which aim for the chicane in twos or threes, but there is only room for one vehicle.
Race on screens and a large LED wall
All these thrilling racing scenes can also be followed live in Switzerland on September 18. Motorworld & The Valley Kemptthal will present the event in Goodwood with an all-day livestream of all races on various screens and a large LED wall in the Motorwolrd hall.
Classic and new cars are welcome - if possible with suitably dressed drivers and passengers. The event at Motorworld Manufaktur Region Zürich in Kemptthal runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is 15 Swiss francs per vehicle.
