To date, 28 fire departments with almost 50 vehicles have already registered for the meeting on May 26 and 27. The Lucerne Allmend offers optimal conditions for such a meeting on this weekend. On the one hand there is enough space, on the other hand the framework is already given by the Swiss Oldtimer Fair. Since no additional entrance fee is charged for the viewing of the historic fire engines, a great interest of spectators can be expected.
Round trips and skill competitions
There will also be an attractive supporting program organized by IG Rundhauber from Lucerne and the TLF club from Inwil. This includes round trips, skill competitions with the fire engines and, for example, a hand-operated fire engine show by the Littau Fire Brigade Association.
