Impressions from the 15th Arosa CalssicCar 2019 should whet your appetite for the upcoming edition in September.
Even though the current situation surrounding the containment of the Corona virus is bringing many events in Switzerland and around the world to their knees, the organizing committee of the 16th Arosa ClassicCar is going full throttle and putting its heart and soul behind the preparations. The 7.3-kilometer route with 76 curves and an altitude difference of 422 meters from Langwies to the center of Arosa makes every driver's heart beat faster.
Race, uniformity test and demonstration rides
Racing drivers and enthusiasts of vintage vehicles may as of now call for the invitation race from September 3 to 6, 2020 in the categories Competition & Competition Formula, Uniformity (Classic & Sport Trophy) or Demonstration Class (Alpine Performance). The invitation is now also available in English and thus appeals to an international field of drivers.
Porsche as a new partner
In addition to a new logo, the organizing committee around the OC president Markus Markwalder is looking forward to the new car partner Porsche. With the traditional luxury watch manufacturer IWC (since 2017) and Porsche, partners and sponsors have been found that bring a breath of fresh air to the event. The organizers want to show off quality and a high level of commitment to ClassicCar racing again this year.
