The mobility service is reserved, processed and paid for via an app with an integrated digital vehicle key. This enables real estate service providers to expand their range of services.
Sharing behavior change
Almost 50 percent of Switzerland's population consists of one- or two-person households. As a result of increasing urbanization, there is a shortage of parking space. And the trend is rising.
Socially, there is also a noticeable shift in behavior toward the sharing economy. At the same time, there is a growing need for individual yet sustainable mobility, which is being countered by traditional vehicle ownership.
First project in superstructure Düdingen
Volvo Premium Car Sharing is currently being introduced together with the financial services provider for real estate investment funds Berninvest AG as an initial project in the "düdingenplus" development in Düdingen (Canton Fribourg).
