The Volkswagen Service Quality Award (VSQA) is therefore a coveted prize that is awarded to only a few partner companies each year. The VSQA is all about service quality and customer satisfaction. It is awarded to the dealerships with the best absolute values and the highest increases in CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) values compared with the results of the last measurement, which must be carried out annually.
Service as a benchmark
„Excellent service is crucial for high customer satisfaction and this in turn is the prerequisite for high customer loyalty" explained Reto Zehnder, Head of Volkswagen Service Switzerland. He is responsible for the proper implementation of the VSQA in this country. The celebrations took place in Fürstenau in the canton of Graubünden.
Four companies awarded
The four Volkswagen operations Autocenter Jegenstorf AG, AMAG Breganzona,Garage Mutschellen AG and AMAG Uster were honored with the Service Quality Award 2017.
