Long tradition
As early as the 1950s, the TCS used Jeep Willys Station Wagon models (built 1946 - 1964, 2.2-liter 4-cylinder F-Haed engine) within its patrol vehicle fleet. The new partnership between Jeep and TCS revives shared values. It is important for drivers to know how to get the most out of their vehicles. That's why they are now offering a joint course program in Hinwil (ZH) and Lignières (NE).
Fit Trails
The "Jeep Territory - Fit-Trails" are reminiscent of the popular Swiss Vita courses and represent a similar concept for off-road vehicles. In a course, drivers have to complete various exercises with their own SUV or a Jeep of their choice, such as diagonal driving, steep uphill and downhill sections, steering on loose ground or water crossings, stair and stone slopes. As with the Vita course, all stations are marked with signs.
Gain security
The goal of the driving training is to achieve more driving safety through adventure and fun. A wide fleet of Jeep vehicles is available to the instructors and, if desired, also to the participants: Renegade Trailhawk, Cherokee Trailhawk, Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and at a later date also the new Jeep Compass as Trailhawk.
