The quality and durability of models from the Toyota Group have been proven by many surveys. The Japanese are now underlining this customer promise with a ten-year warranty that is included with every service at no extra charge.
The offers are called Toyota Relax and Lexus Premium Care and apply not only to new vehicles, but also to all Toyota and Lexus models that are already on Swiss roads and are no older than ten years or have no more than 160,000 kilometers on the clock.
Extension of warranties with each service
The service-activated 10-year warranty is extended by one year or 15,000 kilometers following the factory warranty, with each service. In the event of a service interruption, the warranty becomes active again after a one-month grace period, as soon as the customer has a service carried out at an official Toyota partner.
Transfer applies when selling a vehicle
As the offer is linked to the vehicle, the warranty is transferred when the vehicle is sold, thus increasing the resale value. Relax and Premium Care will be introduced at the beginning of March with every service carried out from that date.
