Toyota received the Safetybest Award from the AutoBest organization for its safety system, which consists of several modules and is already installed in 92 percent of all new Toyoata cars sold in Europe.

The safety package always combines a lane departure warning system with the so-called Pre-Collision System (PCS), which detects potential hazards, warns of a collision and automatically initiates emergency braking if necessary.

Expandable with modules
Depending on the equipment line and model, the scope is extended by an adaptive cruise control system (ACC), pedestrian and traffic sign recognition, and a high-beam assistant, among other features.

Broad acceptance
Already 92 percent of all Toyota vehicles sold in Europe are equipped with Toyota Safety Sense. The benefits of the system are undisputed.
