With the Tricity 300 for two people, Yamaha brings another tricycle for city use.
Both are vehicles equipped with LMW (Leaning Multi-Wheelers) tilting technology and are suitable for city driving past traffic jams. The 18 models on display at the show include motorcycles, Leaning Multi-Wheelers (LMW), electric commuter vehicles, electrically assisted bicycles and an unmanned autonomous vehicle.
Three wheel scooter for the city
The Tricity 300 is geared toward urban mobility. The two-wheeler is based on the 3CT prototype, which was first presented in 2018. Powered by a Blue Core engine, the three-wheeled scooter locks the scooter's tilt when stationary. The Tricity 300 will be available in Tech Kamo, Nimbus Grey and Matt Grey colors. Swiss prices have not yet been determined.
Vision for personal mobility
The Yamaha MW-Vision is a concept model for personal mobility and also uses LMW technology. It is also equipped with Attitude Control Technology and reverse gear.
With ideas such as interactive communication between man and machine through sound and light, new mobility experiences are emerging. The tricycle study is a vision for tuning robotics and mobility technology to human sensations.
