Protection with a big impact
Cars, bicycles and motorcycles are mutating into effective protection against Covid-19. In contrast to the virus slingers such as buses and trains, you are at least temporarily protected when traveling alone. Instead of increasingly restricting space for cars in cities, more space should be created now and parking fees reduced at the same time.
The drive-in movie theaters make a comeback
In these times, the car is also mutating from a pure means of transport to a vehicle that brings a little color back into life. In Germany, drive-in cinemas are currently experiencing a comeback, and if the Federal Council gives its approval on May 27, the first drive-in cinemas could soon open in Switzerland too, showing films or hosting concerts.
Effective defense measure
The organizers' preparations are in full swing. In times of limited social contact, individual mobility is not an enemy of the environment, but an effective defense against the insidious virus - and will probably remain so for a long time to come.
