Drone courses
Nearly 1,000 people took part in more than 200 courses for drone owners last year.

The Touring Club Switzerland is committed to road safety with driver training courses. In VSR and ISO certified courses, participants can get to know their vehicle better and learn how to handle it safely.

Safe handling of vehicles
Training & Events conducted a total of 5152 courses and events at its six driver safety centers and three winter driving training sites.

Roger Egolf, Head of Training & Events: "The number of participants has also developed positively. Never before have we been able to train so many course participants in the safe handling of their motorcycles, passenger cars and commercial vehicles."

The increase in the number of mandatory training courses for new drivers (2-phase courses) is encouraging. This was achieved despite Opera 3 and the elimination of the second course day.

Drone courses
In the courses, participants can also practice handling vehicles off-road.

Over 200 cures for drone fans
The strongest growth last year was in drone courses, which are offered for both private and professional use. Almost 1,000 people took part in over 200 courses.

Roger Egolf: "The strong increase in course participants shows that the drone courses meet a real need."

Test tracks at the Geneva Motor Show
TCS Training & Events will operate two test tracks at the Geneva Motor Show (March 5-15), where visitors can test alternatively powered cars and trendy machines. These interactive areas, called "GIMS Discovery" and "GIMS Tech," will be presented in Geneva for the first time this year.
