Due to the still high demand for tickets, the Auto Gewerbe Verband Schweiz is making room for even more participants.
AGVS Central President Urs Wernli: "The great interest shows that we are on the right track with the program. And it shows how much the event has established itself as the largest specialist conference in the Swiss automotive industry."
More tickets through concert seating
By the end of September, the 800 seats originally planned were already occupied.
Urs Wernli: "However, because the demand for tickets continues, we have decided to switch to concert seating during the day, as is also the case at other conferences."
The number of registrations for the now traditional "Dîner des garagistes" is also at a record level: to date, more participants have registered than ever before.
In the context of this convivial gathering Philip Keil, one of the most sought-after event speakers in the German-speaking world, will appear.
Workshop business of the future
The "Swiss Garageists' Day" will be presented bilingually by Mélanie Freymond and Röbi Koller ("Happy Day"). Among other things, the conference will show how political developments, particularly in the energy and environmental sectors, will influence the car and garage business of the future, how motorized individual transport will develop technologically, and what demands can be expected on training and further education in the car trade.
Relationship customer and garage owner
Proven speakers and panelists, including Michael Jost, Head of Group Strategy Product and Chief Strategy Officer of the Volkswagen brand, will provide expert answers.
The relationship between the garage owner and his customers will also be the subject of discussion on January 14. The Association of Swiss Garage Owners is investigating this important topic with representative market research.
