Fun and safety at the Performance Days
FORD Squealing tires, roaring engines, lots of fun - and all in the name of driving safety: Ford Switzerland held the Performance Days in Interlaken for the second time. Over the course of two days, 36 Ford Performance vehicle owners each had the opportunity to test and expand the limits of their driving skills and the technical capabilities of their vehicle in a safe environment.
A premiere for many
For many participants, it was the first time they were able to experience the full power and capabilities of their Mustang GT, Focus RS, Focus ST or Fiesta ST. Under the guidance of the instructors from "Joe Wyss Driving", the participants practiced accelerating, cornering and braking techniques or even controlling a vehicle at the limit at the Interlaken airfield.
Important experiences
Anyone who has learned how to control their car in a safe setting, or even how to catch it again if the rear end swerves, will also drive their sports car more safely in everyday life, as a matter of principle and experience. In any case, the participants agree that the Ford Performance Days are not only a lot of fun, they are also incredibly useful. The places for the Ford Performance Days were booked up within a short time and the feedback was so positive that Ford Switzerland will hold Performance Days again in August. The announcement will be published on www.ford.ch and about https://www.facebook.com/FORDSwitzerland/ take place.
