The ninth International Challenge took place in the Croatian port city of Šibenik. 191 finalists from 32 countries took the opportunity to demonstrate their craftsmanship and skills as well as their customer orientation at the international competition.
In addition to team spirit, important criteria for the award were knowledge of brand values and the brand's corporate history.
Practical and theoretical tests
The finalists had to prove themselves in the categories of service advisor, service technician, diagnostic technician, painter, parts manager, importer representative, sales advisor and sales manager. Practical and theoretical tests had to be completed in each category.
