Every year, Skoda Switzerland awards the best partner in the areas of sales and aftersales. In 2017, for example, the approximately 80 partners in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein were again evaluated on the basis of various quantitative and qualitative criteria. In the overall ranking for the past year 2017, Garage Auto Service Zentrum GmbH, Schattdorf was able to claim the coveted title of "Best Dealer 2017". Second place in this category went to Römergarage AG in Frick, while the bronze medal went to Garage Olympic A. Antille SA in Martigny.
Best "Human Touch Dealer" from Payerne
The "Human Touch Dealer 2017" was chosen for the fifth time. The program, which was introduced in 2009, aims not only to satisfy customers, but to inspire them. Brand Director Markus Kohler: "This is done through special measures and services that let customers feel the difference between good and excellent, as well as what is special and human about Skoda, in other words, the Human Touch." The best rating was achieved by Christophe Kaufmann, brand manager at AutoNova SA in Payerne.
