New concept
The concept allows customers to immerse themselves in the Ford brand world and get to know the product range in depth in an entertaining way. Additional highlights include the "Vignale Lounge", the entire Ford Performance range from the Mustang to the Focus RS and the Transit Center. The majority of customers obtain information online before their first contact. The FordStore therefore offers an interactive continuation of this process. The creation of several areas makes it easy for customers to find their way around.
Digital experience
Visitors can explore the vehicle range in the discovery area. Using freely available iPads, they can create and display the ideal configuration of their future vehicle and find out the price - alone or with the help of an advisor. The digital wall (Power Wall), consisting of nine 55-inch HD screens, provides the dominant visual impression in the showroom. When the Power Wall is not being used for configuration, it shows films about the brand or its technological innovations.
Network
All Ford Stores are also Transit Centers and Business Centers. This means that they have a special structure for commercial vehicle sales and support for business customers - with very special facilities and teams. Ford is gradually building up a nationwide network of FordStores, with Wolgensinger AG being the seventh in Switzerland. More are planned in the major metropolitan areas.
