Shortly before the official market launch of the new Peugeot 508 coupé saloon, the lion brand unveils the estate version of the flagship model: the Peugeot 508 SW. The design of the new model with its low and elongated roofline ensures a dynamic appearance. In keeping with the brand's DNA, the estate combines elegance, comfort and functionality with a generous amount of space.
The automotive future of autonomous driving
The design of the e-Legend with realistic proportions (4.65 meters long) emphasizes the modern DNA of the lion brand. The concept car is based on that of the Peugeot 504 Coupé. The silhouette is both sharp and athletic, and the rearwardly offset body with large glass surfaces is striking. The front section incorporates the typical Peugeot light signature with the familiar three claws and two double modules. The e-Legend can be driven 100 percent electrically and autonomously.
Plug-in hybrids complement the engine range
The French manufacturer is presenting its plug-in hybrid petrol engines for the first time at the Paris Motor Show. The new drives will complement the engine range from fall 2019. With the introduction of the engines, the driving experience will be enhanced by new driving modes: an all-electric ZEV (Zero Emission) mode, all-wheel drive, a Sport mode and a Hybrid mode. The hybrid technology offers power levels of 225 hp or 300 hp.
