Valentin specialized in the sale of electric vehicles at a Paris car dealership.

With more than 100,000 electric vehicles sold, Renault was the number one electric brand in Europe in 2020, and with the Zoé launched in 2012, the French manufacturer also has the most popular model in its range. But as early as 1937, 35 electric cabs based on the Renault Celtaquatre caused a sensation at the World's Fair in Paris.

Strong models and dedicated salespeople
Renault's success in the electric vehicle market is not based exclusively on its models, however, but also on its sales professionals. Their training and good customer service during and after the sale make a decisive contribution to Renault's good position in the European electric market.

E-car sales specialist Valentin, who works at the Boulogne-Billancourt dealership, explains, "The real strength in Renault electric vehicle sales is the expertise of the network."

Responding to the needs of customers

Valentin: "We know the electric vehicles inside out. We know everything about maintenance, the different chargers and charging stations, where the charging stations are located. We have real know-how." More than ever, Valentin sees the future of the automobile in electric mobility.

Listening to and responding to customers' needs is part of Renault's DNA. And Valentin has implemented this in an exemplary manner so far.

At the beginning of the year, he signed his 400th contract to buy an electric vehicle - a Zoé. Now he is on course for contract number 500, which should be in the bag before the end of the year.
