The Board of Directors considers that Luca de Meo, through his experience and the achievements in his previous functions, has all the qualities to contribute to the development and transformation of the Renault Group in all its dimensions.
Great strategist and visionary
Clotilde Delbos, interim CEO of Renault S.A., will continue in her position until Luca de Meo takes over. The Board of Directors has approved her appointment as Deputy CEO of Renault S.A. with effect from July 1, 2020.
