The Renault Group's market share increased to 7.62% in 2017 (compared to 7.36% in 2016). In the light commercial vehicle segment, Renault confirmed its third place in the brand ranking and increased by one percent with 3429 new vehicles sold. The Dacia brand proved to be the top seller, increasing by a whopping 15 percent after the record year of 2016 and achieving a sales volume of 9037 vehicles.

Good conditions for the current year

With the consistently rejuvenated and expanded model range at Renault, the launch of the new Mégane R.S. in spring 2018, the new Duster at Dacia and the revival of the Alpine brand, the Renault Group is ideally placed to further improve its performance in Switzerland in 2018.

With the all-new sporty Alpine, Renault is continuing a long-standing tradition in this class, particularly in Switzerland.
