The Dealer of the Year Award is the most prestigious award for Renault Group dealerships. Each year, more than 2,000 brand representatives are evaluated according to four criteria.
One winner per country will be chosen who has shown particular achievement in the areas of sales and aftersales, sales of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, and customer satisfaction.
Winners of 2019 and 2020
Due to the Corona crisis, two Swiss winners were honored at the same time: Garage Galliker AG won in 2019, and Hutter Auto Riedbach AG in 2020.
The format was also adapted. Instead of a ceremony in Paris, the prizes were presented by Claudia Meyer, Managing Director of Renault Suisse SA.
Awards for Swiss serial winners
Claudia Meyer: "Although the Dealer of the Year Award has a different format today, this does not change the value of the awards. Rather, it shows that we can work in a success-oriented manner even in difficult times and provide our customers with the best possible service. With Garage Galliker AG and Hutter Auto Riedbach AG, we are honoring two serial winners today."
Background: Together with seven other garages, Garage Galliker AG serves Renault and Dacia customers from central Switzerland through parts of the Mittelland to the Bern region. Hutter Auto Riedbach AG services the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands at three operations in the greater Winterthur area.
