Renault: Claudia Meyer on the line
SESSELBACK Effective July 1, 2021, Claudia Meyer will become the new Country Operations Director of Renault Suisse SA. She succeeds Uwe Hochgeschurtz, who has held this position on an interim basis since February 1, 2021. The Swiss national joins Renault Group from alliance partner Nissan. The Swiss national is moving from Allianz partner Nissan to Renault Group. Claudia Meyer headed Nissan Switzerland GmbH as Country Director since March 2017 and was a member of the Nissan Center Europe Management Team.
In her new role, she will be responsible for managing Renault Group's operations and sales of the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands in Switzerland. The new boss is a member of the DACH Executive Committee.
Focus on electrification of mobility

Over many years of experience in the industry
Claudia Meyer started her career in 1998 in the marketing department of Jaguar Switzerland at Emil Frey AG. This was followed by positions in marketing communications, product marketing and brand management at DaimlerChrysler Switzerland and Fiat Automobiles Suisse SA.
In 2014, she moved to Nissan Switzerland as Marketing Director before taking over as Country Director there in 2017.
