Production of the e-mobile with a range of more than 500 kilometers (electric range measured based on the New European Driving Cycle) will be ramped up gradually, so that limited numbers will initially be available during the launch phase. In the staggered European market launch, Opel will first serve countries with an existing electric infrastructure. Norway in spring 2017 will be followed by Germany, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland. A price below 40,000 francs is expected for the base model.
