With this award, the Japanese car manufacturer honors its best dealerships worldwide. With the Global Award, Nissan honors those companies that excel in sales and service.

Visible sign of recognition
Customer satisfaction is at the center of the evaluation, sales figures are more of a minor matter. Although this is the first award for Auto Baier AG, the family business with its ten employees has always been one of the front runners for years.

The 35-year-old company boss Reto Baier has been running the company in the second generation for a good seven years: "My team and I are particularly pleased with the award because it ultimately gives us a visible sign of recognition for the work we have done."

Unbureaucratic and uncomplicated
The Baier family has been relying on Nissan (initially Datsun) for 48 years and has never regretted this choice.

Reto Baier: "Our credo is to offer our customers unbureaucratic and uncomplicated solutions in an informal atmosphere."

The fact that, in addition to an apprentice in the workshop, the team is made up exclusively of long-serving employees shows that this is successful.
Reto Baier regularly invests in further training for his employees and the infrastructure on site. Thanks to a solar system with storage facilities, the garage covers a large part of its own energy requirements.

Global Award
The Leaf can no longer just be charged, but can also feed electricity back into the grid.

Demonstrating new technologies to customers
A new technology was recently put into operation that not only charges electric vehicles such as the Nissan Leaf, but can also feed electricity back into the grid.

Reto Baier: "We certainly need to talk about electromobility, but the main way we sell it is by demonstrating the technology to customers."

Commercial vehicles are an important mainstay
Commercial vehicles are an important pillar of Auto Baier AG. Only a company that is committed to customer proximity can be truly successful with them.
Nowhere do the customer's wishes count as much as with commercial vehicles, because tradespeople are dependent on their vehicles.

Reto Baier: "That's why we attach great importance to being able to support the tradespeople flexibly on site."

Certainly another plus point in the assessment for the brand's coveted award.

Laurels for medium-sized company

Claudia Meyer, Country Director Nissan Switzerland: "We are particularly pleased that a medium-sized company has won this award. In times like these, it's nice for us to be able to share some good news. "Family business

You can't disagree with that.
