The name is program
Day or night, solo or team, uphill or downhill: unforgettable emotions and unique experiences are guaranteed at the world's biggest multi-day non-stop ultracycling event. This year, Maserati is right in the middle of the action. Piergiorgio Cecco, Managing Director for Switzerland, will be part of a team of six people who will be riding their bikes, accompanied by a Maserati Levante. Other models will be driven by the jury and crew during the event. The Italian manufacturer will also be present at the side of the track with lounges, espresso bars and food corners.
Levante S as escort vehicle
The official starting signal for the new partnership between Maserati and Tortour was given in Zurich. Here Piergiorgio Cecco, Managing Director Maserati Switzerland, handed over the key for a Maserati Levante S to Joko Vogel, Managing Director of Tortour GmbH. "Cycling is a highly dynamic sport that inspires millions of people worldwide" said Piergiorgio Cecco, himself an avid cyclist. "Just like Maserati, cycling represents pure passion". "Maserati is the ideal partner for us. The brand stands for high performance, sportiness, dynamics and of course speed" commented Joko Vogel.
