Garage Burri in Thun is investing in the future. As the second dealership in Switzerland, the Jaguar Land Rover partner has been presenting its new showroom in a new design since the beginning of March. At the same time, there was another premiere to celebrate with the new Land Rover Discovery. The new model is now available for test drive at all Swiss Land Rover partners.

Sales increase
In the past seven years, Jaguar Land Rover has tripled its global sales to 583,313 vehicles. The workforce has more than doubled from around 15,000 to 38,000. Over the same period, the company has invested more than 21 billion pounds sterling in the development of new products and the expansion of production capacities. In Switzerland, 1900 vehicles from both brands were sold together in 2009. Last year, the figure was 5458, which means that Jaguar Land Rover Switzerland achieved an increase of 11.27 percent over the previous year - its best result ever.
New corporate identity implemented
Customers and interested parties can expect a modern and high-quality presentation in the new showroom of Garage Burri. The vehicles take on an even more central role. Guests and customers are welcomed with a pleasant, homely atmosphere. Jaguar and Land Rover intend to consistently implement the new corporate identity in Switzerland over the next few years and continue to grow in every respect - with new models and modernized dealerships. Markus Burri, owner of Garage Burri in Thun: "We are pleased to be one of the first dealerships in Switzerland to have implemented the new Jaguar Land Rover CI. The new showroom has already been very well received by our clientele." Stephan Vögeli, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover Schweiz AG, comments, "The new brand identity puts the customer and the product at the center - it provides a modern, high-quality ambience in the showroom and makes our attractive models look impressive."
