Mobility
In three years, up to 300 vehicles will be offered through AGVS partner garages.

By equipping vehicles from AGVS partner garages with car-sharing technology, Mobility gains access to new locations and can make efficient use of existing resources. In return, the garages benefit from turnover on vehicles that would otherwise be idle virtually around the clock.

Cooperation after pilot project
A perfect win-win situation for the partners.

Mobility Managing Director Roland Lötscher: "Not only will additional locations be set up on garage sites, but those in rural areas that are threatened with closure will also be preserved. For these reasons, Mobility, together with the AGVS, is transferring a one-year pilot project into a permanent cooperation. We plan to offer up to 300 cars through partner garages in three years."

More than 60 garages are already in the process

Central President Urs Wernli: "A survey among the pilot companies shows that the concept works. The 67 vehicles have covered over 600,000 kilometers in one year. Turning stationary vehicles into vehicles has been achieved. The garages are looking for new, business models that don't just have to do with sales and repairs."
