Fabian Lienhard is considered to be a promising Swiss Young talent in cycling. The 24-year-old Steinmaurer secured the title as Youth Olympic Champion in 2009 and won the U23 Swiss Championship title on the road and in cross-country in 2014. Since this year he is under contract with the US team "Holowesko | Citadel p/b Araphaoe Resources", which received the license to perform as a UCI Professional Continental Team for 2018.

Martin Leuwho has previously raced nationally and internationally with Lienhard's father and uncle, expresses his delight at the continuation of the partnership: "The Eclipse Cross is made for a young athlete like Fabian, who is on the road a lot. The latest model from Mitsubishi has enough space for all the equipment, has all-wheel drive and scores not least with a sporty and very dynamic design."

Lienhard is also delighted with his new companion on four wheels: "The many kilometers I have covered with the ASX show that I am dependent on a reliable mobility solution. I'm particularly looking forward to the Eclipse Cross. The split rear window and sliding rear seat ensure maximum space - a very important factor for me, since I usually transport a lot of equipment to my training and competition venues in addition to two racing bikes."
