This year, the Puls market research institute once again surveyed around 350 Swiss representatives of a total of 19 vehicle brands on behalf of the Auto & Wirtschaft publishing house.
As part of the dealer radar 2021, the brand's representatives evaluated the cooperation with the importers. For the second time in a row, Mercedes-Benz defended its 1st place among the premium brands and also emerged as the overall winner from the evaluation of all brands.
Cooperation with the sales partners
Marc Langenbrinck, CEO Mercedes-Benz Switzerland: "2020 was a very challenging year, which is why this vote makes all of us at Mercedes-Benz Switzerland very proud. The basis of our success is the convincing model range and the close cooperation with the sales partners."
10,000 vehicles sold in five months
The sales figures for the first five months of the current year show how well the dealers have done: Mercedes was able to increase its market share for passenger cars in Switzerland to ten percent and was the best-selling premium brand, selling around 10,000 vehicles.
Good testimonials from Swiss companies
Swiss companies also give Stern a good report card. In the annual survey conducted by the Swiss mobility association sffv, the Stuttgart-based company was named the best fleet brand in Switzerland.
More than 250 members of the association evaluated various providers.
Matthias Bühler, Head of Sales at Mercedes-Benz Switzerland: "The assessment by customers is a great pleasure for us and an incentive not to let up."
