Increased range
At 270 km (according to NEDC), the range of the new model (compared to the previous 170 km) is extended by more than 50 percent. In real-life driving conditions, the new Kangoo Z.E. can cover up to 200 km in summer temperatures, according to the factory. A new battery, combined with a new electric motor and the use of a heat pump, provide the new Kangoo Z.E. with the longest range in the market for light commercial vehicles powered 100 percent by electricity, according to the supplier.
Charging simplified
Easier, more convenient battery charging: New networked services (Z.E. Trip and Z.E. Pass) simplify vehicle use for customers by ensuring convenient access to public charging stations and simplifying the charging process. With the free "Z.E. Pass" app, owners of a Renault ZOE or Renault Kangoo Z.E. can fill up with electricity without cash. In Switzerland alone, there are around a thousand public charging stations available. Z.E. Pass makes it possible to locate these charging stations, compare prices directly, and pay securely, including a price advantage when purchasing electricity.
