Problems and malfunctions
More than 43,000 participants from Belgium, France, Italy, Brazil and Spain took part in this survey. It covered more than 400 models from 37 car brands.
Participants were asked to complete an online questionnaire indicating the age of their car, the number of kilometers driven and any problems or malfunctions they had encountered. On this basis, the reliability value is calculated for each brand.
