Land Rover: Record anniversary
GUINNESS-BOOK FOR the brand's 70th birthday, Land Rover wants to set a new world record. On May 30, the longest convoy of vehicles from the brand is to roll at the "Abenteuer & Allrad" trade fair in Bad Kissingen. Land Rover Germany is looking for around 700 Land Rover drivers. The previous best mark comes from Portugal: there, exactly 516 vehicles gathered for the parade in 2014. At least one more Land Rover or Range Rover is expected to come to Lower Franconia at the end of next month.
Attractive program for all record participants
Land Rover has put together an attractive package to get as many participants as possible excited about the world record attempt. The contribution of 18 euros per vehicle includes a day ticket for the world's largest exhibition of its kind, a meal voucher, an exclusive participant T-shirt and a Land Rover 70th anniversary world record sticker - and an official certificate of participation if the record is broken. In addition, there will be a raffle ticket on site for every vehicle owner to win a Land Rover Experience trip to Crete.
