Land Rover: This fleet is a record
DRIVING AND FLYING A fleet of 75 Land Rover Discovery Sport vehicles was handed over to Marti AG at the new Emil Frey Zurich North sales location. The SUV is equipped with up to seven seats.
Marti Group Zurich has experienced dynamic development since its beginnings in the 1980s. Today, around 600 employees work in the traditional areas of building construction, remodeling, civil engineering, foundation engineering, concrete repair and building protection alone.
Predominantly, the Group's projects are located in the greater Zurich area, in Aargau and in eastern Switzerland. Land Rover's new Discovery Sport models are therefore used in a wide variety of areas and functions. This is the largest Land Rover fleet ever delivered in Switzerland. This is an unusual record.
Timed handover in runaway 34
Due to the size of the fleet, the handover was timed. While the drivers took delivery of their new vehicles, their companions were enthralled by the four flight simulators in the Runaway 34 restaurant at Kloten Airport - almost to the point of takeoff. Afterwards, the 120 or so people picking up the vehicles were treated to culinary delights in a unique aviation world.
