Kia's continued success in the IQS 2020 is primarily due to the fact that two models - Forte and Soul - are among the top 10 vehicles in the industry. Kia also posted segment bests for the Forte (compact class), Sedona (minivan) and the Sorento (upper mid-size SUV) and Soul (small SUV) models offered in Switzerland.
Owners of a Kia reported the fewest quality problems in the States during the first 90 days after purchasing a model from the Korean brand.

189 vehicle models in 26 categories
The annual report evaluated the responses of 87,282 people; these related to 189 vehicle models in 26 categories. The vehicles were rated according to driving experience as well as engine and transmission performance. A wide range of quality problems reported by vehicle owners was also taken into account.
