Jeep: First place for the Grand Cherokee
STRONG TRIO No fewer than three Jeep models achieved podium positions in the 2022 readers' poll conducted by OFF ROAD magazine. The Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe won the SUV category, while the Wrangler and Gladiator took other top spots.
More than 42,800 readers of the renowned 4×4 trade magazine voted for their favorite off-road vehicles, pick-ups and SUVs from 167 models in eleven categories.
With 8.7 percent, participants voted the new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe into first place in the hotly contested large SUV category. The Grand Cherokee came in second among newcomers just one year before market launch
Good ratings for Wrangler and Gladiator
The Wrangler 4xe - the brand's icon - came in second in the SUV category with 18.2 percent of the vote (gallery at right), and the iconic Gladiator came in third in the pickup category.
Since 1982, the readership of OFF ROAD has voted annually in the awards.
